HR Mailing Lists
The HR-centered mailing lists are available to communicate with diverse demographic groups at Scripps. These lists are served as Google Groups whose Managers have access to see the membership, as well as update group settings. Those with an asterix * are auto-populated from Scripps People DB (PDB); thus, any inconsistencies/modifications regarding membership on these lists should be addressed within the corresponding PDB records.
Scripps People DB
Since most of these HR lists aggregate people across multiple Divisions, the data stewardship relies on data stewards from diverse Divisions; note, this only applies to auto-generated lists. For manually updated lists the data stewardship is handled by appointed Managers for each Google Group (see table below.)
Google Groups
These lists can be used by sending an email to the the list name followed by the "@ucsd.edu" convention. Based on the settings, emails can be tracked via Google Groups.
