Course Description: 

Prokaryotic microbial physiology will be discussed primarily from a biochemical standpoint with emphasis on mechanism. Topics will vary from year to year but will include the following themes: Central Metabolism. Bioenergetics, Biosynthesis, Regulation, Differentiation. Prokaryotic Structure-Function Relationships. Conjoined with BIMM 130.

Prerequisites: 
BIBC 100 or BIBC 102 or equivalent.
