Mr. Rocheleau has over 10 years’ experience in ocean engineering at Makai. Based in Hawaii, Makai Ocean Engineering, Inc.'s core technical areas include submarine cables, ocean energy and marine pipelines, and subsea technologies such as underwater vehicles, buoys, communications systems, general marine engineering, and R&D.
