Background:  In March/April 2015, the City, County and Port of San Diego adopted resolutions announcing a BlueTech Vision for the region, the creation of a BlueTech Incubator, and multiple Centers of Excellence.  This workshop is to inform, gather support, and start conceiving the activities for a Big Data CoE.
