Agencies will provide brief presentations on how and where they work on solutions to marine plastic pollution and their progress to date. This will be followed by a panel discussion and reception.

This public event is part of a four-day synthesis workshop hosted by the Center for Marine Biodiversity and Conservation at Scripps to consider the scope, scale, and science of plastics in the sea. This event is sponsored by Wilsdorf Mettler Future Foundation and concerned donors as part of their Plastic Awareness Global Initiative (PAGI).
