Water Issues in Climate Change Conference

Listen to and engage with experts on the potential effects of climate change on water distribution and the technical and policy issues associated with those changes. Christine Kehoe, former member of the California State Senate, California Coastal Commission, ardent supporter of increased environmental protection for the state’s resources will be the keynote speaker. Several Scripps Oceanography faculty will be in attendance, including Richard Sommerville who will be speaking on “Modeling Changes in Precipitation Caused by Climate Change.” There is no cost to attend.
