April has worked in the CASPO business office since 1997. She is responsible for the proposal submissions in CASPO. She has submitted proposals for federal agencies, the state of California, universities, private, international and collaborative proposals. With her years at CASPO (formerly PORD, CAS, CSI and CRD), she is an expert in proposal submission.
