On May 24, the UC San Diego Alumni Office is headed to Los Angeles to share a stimulating night of new ideas and research, meaningful impact and professional development. Our vibrant program will feature lightning talks by UC San Diego faculty, Dr. Erik Viirre, Director of the Arthur C. Clarke Center for Human Imagination and Dr. Aaron Rosengren, Assistant Professor, Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering who are pushing the boundaries of what we know and do here on Earth and taking UC San Diego in Space.
The regional series are designed to be a casual happy hour event to connect UC San Diego alumni, friends & family in your city. The networking and conversation are complemented by a short talk by UC San Diego experts and food and drinks are provided - bring a friend!
