What:
Observe a live (mock) negotiation between an investor and a founder. Learn the art of negotiation, the details of a term sheet, and the structure of a capital table. A successful venture capitalist will facilitate the program.
Who:
This program, presented as the a part of the Lean Lecture Series and the MedTech Accelerator, is open to ALL UC San Diego students, faculty and staff.
