Project Kolika - founded by Scripps alumna Cassie Paumard BS Marine Biology `19 - has partnered with Native Like Water to host a reef and beach clean up!

From Cassie: "The group will meet on the field by Kellogg Park at La Jolla Shores. Our canopy is easily identifiable with our beach clean up banners. We have Yerba Mates for participants and disinfected snorkle gear to borrow if they want to clean up over La Jolla Shore's rocky reef. This is a good and easy way to get in the water while simultaneously helping keep our ocean environment clean. We provide all necessary bags and gloves that will be needed for the cleanup event (yes, our reusable bags are meant for the water too!)."
