Join our tech gurus Tyler Whitaker and Jon Robertson, as they provide detailed instruction, tips and tricks on a variety of topics to accelerate your learning and ensure you collect the highest quality data possible. Each session will conclude with an extended Q&A session to answer your unique questions.
Presenters:
Jon Robertson is Customer Service Manager for the Americas and has worked with Teledyne Marine since 2008 starting with Teledyne BlueView, previously employed as an integration technician at Schilling Robotics. Jon manages the US based support team responsible for all after sales support for BlueView, Reson and Odom products including training, field service, spare parts, product demonstrations and coordination of repairs.
Tyler Whitaker joined BlueView in 2012 and has held many roles through the years with responsibilities including technical support, customer training, Pre and Post sales application support and product demonstrations. Currently Tyler’s role as application engineer for the Teledyne Marine Imaging Group has expanded in recent years to include similar responsibilities for the BlueView, Reson, Odom and PDS brands. Tyler has extensive field experience with these brands providing Teledyne’s customers with unique application support, project planning while supporting sustaining engineering and new product testing/proof-of-concept.
