Sea-Bird Scientific will be on campus to host a Technical Forum to the SIO community. In this session, optical experts, Cris Oricco, Program Manager, and Dave Stahlke, Technical Support, will guide participants through their optical portfolio, and help researchers better understand how Sea-Bird Scientific works within the science of optical oceanography. We'll specifically look at the new LED AC-S, and how it can be used to understand the diversity of ocean life through harmful algal bloom analysis, carbon cycling, ocean color studies, and more.
Lunch will be provided.
Sea-Bird Scientific will also be hosting a mixer and office hours on April 7th, 1-3pm in the Old Scripps Building 14. Learn more and register here.
