The 2013 United Way Campaign has kicked off at UC San Diego. United Way, a community leader in solving health and human services issues, creates opportunities in education, income, and health that provide building blocks for good lives.

In the first week of the UCSD campaign, Scripps Institution of Oceanography jumped in with strong and early support and ranked highest in campus participation. With that achievement, Scripps is hosting the United Way traveling trophy.
