Scripps Institution of Oceanography, UC San Diego, Geochemist Ralph Keeling is interviewed for the State of California video series Climate Changers: Hot Lessons and Cool Solutions. In it, Keeling discusses the history of the Keeling Curve record of atmospheric CO2 concentrations and the significance of those concentrations surpassing 400 parts per million for the first time in human history in May 2013.
