How to Film at Scripps Oceanography

Scripps Institution of Oceanography at UC San Diego offers a flat beach, a 1,090-foot research pier, natural tide pools, coastal bluffs, historical cottage exteriors, and coastal outdoor settings. (Access is subject to availability and university guidelines.)

Because Scripps Oceanography is a department of the university, University Communications is responsible for all arrangements pertaining to commercial filming at Scripps and at Black’s Beach.
